In WordPress or other platform are paid. This is because to start a blog on this platfrom you can purchase domain and hosting.

        First you decide blog title than you select domain and than you select a theme. After that you reach main page of blog site.First you go sittings and and maintain you blog settings that you want. After settings you click on new post than you start a post. On top you put title of your post. Than below you start write a blog. The length of blog is about 300 words minimum &2000 words maximum.
